LAKE GEORGE---Wendy Lea Rhodes, passed away suddenly on November 26, 2023.

Born on August 8, 1950, in Newburgh, NY, she was the daughter of the late Gordon and Lois DeLong Rhodes of Queensbury.

She is survived by one sister, Kathy Rhodes, many cousins and numerous friends.

Wendy was a 1968 graduate of Glens Falls High School, where she was a member of Octet. She studied voice at Onondaga College. After returning home, she worked in retail sales before moving to Boston, Massachusetts, where she worked primarily in the business office of a major shipping company for many years. She returned to Glens Falls, NY and retired from the Business Office of SUNY Adirondack.

Being the ultimate care giver, she moved home allowing both of her parents to live out their days in their own home. After spending a couple of years in North Carolina, she returned to the area she loved. She lived out her years in Lake George.
