William Joseph LaRouche was born on July 15, 1939, to Ernest LaRouche and Florence Graham. He grew up on Lower Allen Street in Fort Edward with his brother, John. He attended St. Mary's School in Glens Falls before proudly joining the United States Army in 1961.

While stationed in New Guinea, Guam, Vietnam, and Japan, he met the love of his life, Kimiko Oya, and then two settled in Hudson Falls in 1964. William and Kimiko went on to share 61 years of marriage, building a life filled with love, devotion, and family.

William worked as a civil engineer and helped build Bay Road in the 1970s. He later worked for the Hudson Falls Water Department and then at Warren County Airport. After retiring following 30 years of dedicated service, he continued working with Warren Electric and Fort Hudson Nursing Home. William was incredibly hardworking and dependable, always willing to lend a hand, fix something, or help someone in need.

Beyond his career, William will be remembered for his steady presence, quiet strength, and devotion to his family. He treasured his time at Loon Lake, where he grew up, and loved sharing it with his granddaughters, teaching them to swim and fish there.

He is survived by his loving wife, Kimiko; his son, Ernest; daughter-in-law, Shay; and granddaughters, Christiana and Olivia.

He will be deeply missed and forever loved.
