Obituary

QUEENSBURY --- William "Bill" R. Tresten, 90, of Margaret Drive, passed away at home Sunday, February 7, 2021, surrounded by loved ones.

Born April 9, 1930, in Manhattan, NY, Bill was the son of the late Joseph Trstensky and Margaret Musakova.

Bill completed his Bachelor's degree at Clemson University and his Master's degree at New Jersey Institute of Technology. After schooling he served in the United States Military from 1954 to 1956. He then married his lovely, Adele (Kudlaty), at St. Michael's Church on September 24, 1966 in Independence, Ohio. He spent his entire working career with the Austin Company as a civil engineer and architect.  Once retired, Bill and Adele moved to Chestertown, NY, where he volunteered for Meals on Wheels for over 20 years.

In addition to his parents, Bill was predeceased by his wife Adele (Kudlaty) Tresten and brother, Kamil Tresten.

Those left to cherish his memory are his children, Jennifer (Carl) Makowski of Allentown, NJ, Paul Tresten of Queensbury, Leslie (James) Fitzgerald of Queensbury; grandchildren, Rachael Makowski of Allentown, NJ, age 21, Jimmy Fitzgerald of Queensbury, age 17, and William Fitzgerald of Queensbury, age 13; also several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

At his request, there will be no public services.
